Rushali Morye

She worked in advertising, media and marketing, and has a combined experience of 12 years. As a commercial artist she started her career with Red Chillies Vfx and Entertainment. Over the course of her career, she has worked with leading production houses and top brands. She look at business challenges through the lens of marketing with a long term approach to help build the brands of tomorrow. And that’s exactly what she seeks to do at Superphat. 

Her biggest joy comes when this creativity can change the fortunes of the brands she works with. She considers it a privilege to have been a part of many such transformational journeys.

Rushali is an eternal optimist and believes strongly that creativity and entrepreneurship can change the world. She is thrilled that Creative house has an opportunity to work with founders who hate the status quo, believe in positive impact and are never satisfied with the past.

Sagar Morye

Sagar has 12 years of experience in advertising. He’s paid his dues in 5 agencies –Flagship Advertising, FCB Ulka, Leo Burnett, DDB Mudra, Shreyansh Innovations.He has worked on brands like Zee Network, Tata, Manyavar, Zee, Nahar, icici,edelweiss, hubtown, Femina, kalptaru, lavasa, Godrej, WHP sons jewellers, PS group, Chandak Group, Metro group. He was part of the core team behind the launch of ZEE Zindagi channel and Volkswagen Jetta. The entire art direction and design for Atal Smruti Udyan Museum is done by him. He’s also a keen artist and has exhibited his work in Jahangir art gallery. He is State Award winner for back to back three years.

At Superphat we range from startups to large multinational companies and everything in between. He believes in transformation using creativity that stems from the core product backed by a clear proposition and a strong brand point of view.

Started his career as a child artist on television and print ads like Rasna, tata yellow pages, voltas airtel, etc. Having worked in films like Koi mil gaya, kisna. After pursuing masters in mass communication he worked in production houses like Enigma Films, V7 Pictures which included Ad films and digital films . Directed & Edited films and Audio visuals under Newturn Films for brands like Bosch, Racold, Canadian solar, Tata capital.

He has been associated with Creative House for 5 years now. Always exploring different avenues and aspire to bring something new to the table.
